LISHIA has over 15 years experience in international business. She had successfully established and grew various operations and businesses throughout her career in Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong and now back in Indonesia she also leads an international supply chain technology and finance company.
Voted as #5 in Top 100 Women Supply Chain (Supply Chain Digital in association with IBM, 2021), Top 100 Women in Fintech (Fintech Magazine, 2021), SWA Magazine Indonesia's List of Most Powerful Women In Indonesia 2021, SWA Magazine Business Women of The Year 2021

ARIEF BUDIMAN
An agriculture machinery industrialist, a passionate social entrepreneur, and Dean of Widya Kartika School of Economics. Arief’s expertise in agriculture supply chains often takes him to support programmes that span the breadth of agriculture, horticulture, arboriculture, and precision agriculture.
Arief Budiman started his carrier in 2001 in the largest agriculture machinery factory in Indonesia, where he now leads several companies under AGRINDO group. His knowledge and experience in mechanization, irrigation, pre and post-harvest for many commodities especially rice have brought him to work with various stakeholders on increasing productivity, reducing wastage, increasing commodity value, and the industrial sustainability of various crops.
He finished his undergraduate in Indiana University with Bachelor of Sciences and Magister Management of Finance in Airlangga University Surabaya.
Currently he serves the National Board of UMKM IKM for APINDO, and nurtures young entrepreneurs through the global Enterpreneur’s Organisation’s (EO) GSEA and Accelerator Programmes. He also a seasoned 4DX execution advisor, and specialises on business scaling up strategies.
